fishing and it is perhaps appropriate that the oldest surviving building is a
400 years-old salmon fish house, found in Golf Road and is the oldest working
building of its kind in the country.
The Lido is home to one of the town's latest attractions
- Peterhead Maritime Heritage - which gives an interesting and informative look
at the town's fishing history.
