Silverdale, Dunvegan, Skinidin, Isle Of Skye
Here in Skinidin in this remote and beautiful part of north west Skye we can offer you bed and breakfast accommodation either in Silverdale Guest House, or in Self-contained accommodation in the entirely separate original crofter's cottage.

Both have stunning views over the loch and provide an ideal base for exploring, walking, or simply relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
We are 5 miles east of historic Dunvegan Castle and just a few miles west of us is dramatic Neist Point, the most westerly point on the island with its vertical cliffs and walk to the lighthouse.

Just down the road is the world famous Three Chimneys Restaurant. Ranked amongst the world's best, it is a mere 8 minutes walk away.

For the wildlife enthusiast, there are regular sightings of dolphins, otters and sometimes whales. Seabirds are abundant, golden eagles and sea eagles are regularly recorded in the area. The small islands just off the shore at Skinidin are home to a colony of seals.
