Cragside Holiday Cottage is a barn conversion that has been carefully restored to provide comfortable and relaxing holiday accommodation that is ideal for 7 people who are looking to explore the Lake District.
The holiday cottage still retains many of its original features such as open roof beams and part exposed stonework. There are also panoramic views of the surrounding countryside that can be enjoyed from the open plan living area and the garden.
Externally the cottage offers a small patio area which can be used by guests.
Our holiday cottage can be easily reached from the M6 motorway at Penrith and is in an ideal location for exploring the Northern Lakes, Eden Valley, Border Country, Hadrian’s Wall and the North Pennines. The historic city of Carlisle is a 30 minute drive; Keswick is within 10 miles and Ullswater only 5. The area around Cragside is a haven for wildlife, with the fell-side adjoining the cottage available for guests.
