Meadowlea Guest House offers award winning guest house accommodation in Okehampton. Our Victorian house in Devon is only 5 minutes from the town centre and a range of pubs and restaurants. 

We have a lovely guest lounge with books and board games. This is a great place to unwind in after an exciting day exploring the local area. For guests who do not eat out every night, there is a microwave and fridge in the breakfast room and we are happy to provide warmed plates and cutlery.

Our full English breakfast is made with as much local produce as possible. We also offer a choice of fruit juices, cereals, fruit, yogurts, tea, coffee, toast and locally made preserves.

We are within walking distance of the Museum of Dartmoor Life, Okehampton Castle, Simmons Park and Parklands Leisure Centre. Dartmoor Railway, home of the popular 'Polar Express' train ride, is only a 10 minute walk from Meadowlea Guest House and runs from mid November. The historic Okehampton Golf Club is a few hundred yards away and offers good deals for non members throughout the year.
