Operating for over 85 years, Pennymoor is welcoming, spacious and, with no clubhouse on-site, a particular favourite for all those who seek the assurance of a peaceful, carefree holiday, with many guests returning year after year. Since it opened in 1935, Pennymoor has been owned and run by the same family who lovingly run and maintain it today – it is a way of life for them and this shows in the beautifully kept surroundings of this much-loved, family-friendly park. There is free hot water available and for 2020 a newly built shower and toilet block.
Pennymoor offers plenty of space for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, with all the facilities required to ensure a relaxed stay. The hosts pride themselves on the spacious pitches. There are drinking and wastewater service points around the site, motorhome service point and electrical hook-ups available; well-equipped amenities blocks (heated during the early and late season), including baby-changing stations; laundry and undercover dishwashing areas, all with free hot water. The park also has a children's play area and a well-stocked shop, and wi-fi is available across the site.
