Elm Lodge Apartment:
The larger of the two self-catering apartments, Elm Lodge
Apartment adjoins the main house and is located on the first floor. This
apartment has recently been refurbished with a new roof exposing high vaulted
beamed ceilings.The apartment sleeps up to four in one double (en-suite) and
one twin-bedded room (super-king en-suite).
The accommodation is approached by independent external
staircase from the parking area in the courtyard. The stairs open into a
hallway from which leads to a galley with breakfast bar kitchen and, to the
right, up into the lounge/diner and, to the left, the bedrooms and bathroom.
Coach House Apartment:
The Coach House Apartment is approached via an external
staircase from the courtyard. The smaller of the self-catering apartments it
sleeps two in a double room. The stairs open into a hallway from which leads
the open-plan living area (from which leads the bedroom) and bathroom.
Ludlow is often called "the perfect historic
town". Situated on the River Teme in the outstanding countryside of the
Welsh Marches, its medieval street pattern survives almost intact, along with
many ancient properties including a magnificent ruined castle and one of the
largest parish churches in England. There are over 500 listed buildings in the
town.
