The cottage forms part of a Victorian stable block situated in Hildenborough, Kent, approximately half a mile from the B245 in a quiet setting facing open fields and with views across the owners garden There is off street parking. The cottage is annually inspected by Quality in Tourism.
The self contained accommodation comprises, on the ground floor an entrance hall, sitting room with colour television, DVD player and WiFi. There is a fitted kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave and a washer/dryer. There is a bathroom with bath and hand shower, the toilet is separate. On the first floor is a twin bedded room with spacious storage. There is full central heating throughout the cottage. All linen and towels are provided.

Hildenborough is situated between Sevenoaks and
Tonbridge. The village is half a mile away and has a Tuesday Farmers Market,
general store, chemist, and hairdressers. The main line station is
approximately one mile away. Buses stop at the end of Coldharbour Lane.
Tonbridge is two miles away and has Supermarkets and the usual general stores.
There is also a large recreation ground with pool complex and tennis courts.
The river Medway and the old Castle are worth a visit. Tunbridge Wells is seven
miles away and has many tourist attractions and offers excellent shopping
facilities. There are several golf courses nearby.
