The accommodation is in the form of a ground-floor annexe to Greenedge, a 300 year old stone built house surrounded by beautiful countryside, and central to the villages of Chillerton and Godshill and to the coastal towns of Shanklin and Ventnor.

The Islands capital town of Newport is situated 5 miles from Greenedge.

The annexe is tastefully decorated and is entirely self-contained with gas central heating. The accommodation comprises of: bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, large lounge/dining room with table and chairs, sideboard, 3-piece suite, radio and colour T.V, there are also large patio doors leading out to the rear garden.

The annexe has its own large driveway with gate, front garden and rear patio with garden furniture. There are a small number of steps leading to both back and front entrances of the annexe.
