Paws-a-While, Kilnwick Percy, Pocklington, East Yorkshire

A unique Bed and Breakfast for animal lovers and their companions.

We welcome all human-accompanied pets and horses.

PAWS-A-WHILE is a converted stable block once belonging to Kilnwick Percy Hall. PAWS, now privately owned, is set in approximately forty acres of parkland alongside lakes, woods and a nearby golf course. Located in the Yorkshire Wolds, two miles from Pocklington, PAWS is really very easy to locate and only a short drive from York.

The owners of PAWS-A-WHILE manage the land to encourage wild life. PAWS supports many species of flora and fauna, including owls, herons, birds of prey, kingfisher, deer, squirrels, hares and, of course, foxes.

There are walks and rides around the fields and a thirty acre open access area plus numerous public rights of way. So, treat yourself (yourselves), pet(s), and horse(s) to a great experience. Plan to spend some time at PAWS.

Around About Britain offers you a directory of accommodation and places to eat and drink throughout Britain. We offer self catering, bed and breakfasts, guest houses, pubs and inns, hotels, hostels and camping & caravan sites throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
