The Avondale is a family run bed and breakfast that is open all year within walking distance of the beach in Seaford. The B&B is between Brighton and Seaford in East Sussex making this ideal for exploring all the attractions within these areas.
There is a large dining room at the accommodation which can also be used for a function or special occasion for a former dinner or buffet. We can tailor the menu to cater for your individual needs.
Seaford is almost halfway between Brighton and Eastbourne making it the perfect base for touring and exploring Sussex.
Don’t worry if you do not have transport, we are only 250 yards away from Seaford Railway Station and 50 yards from the main Brighton to Eastbourne bus stop.
If you wish to cycle there is local bike hire which will enable you to explore the many cycle routes. Or, if you prefer to walk, we are ideally situated for the enthusiastic walker and those who prefer a gentle stroll.
