Lund Farm is an 18th Century farmhouse that offers 2 self catering cottages set on 200 acres of land within the North Yorkshire village of Gateforth.
With sandpit, slides, cricket set, hopscotch, badminton and football in your private garden, the children won't be short of things to keep them occupied during your stay at Lund Farm!
For the smaller Shepherd's Rest holiday cottage for two, there is a sunny patio with views across the paddock. There is free use of bicycles for all ages.
For the business visitor there's a friendly welcome, peace and quiet and internet access.
There is no need to leave the farm if you don't want to as there are areas for picnics and bicycles to borrow. The nearest town is Selby where you will find Norman Abbey, places to eat and nature reserves.
The holiday cottages are also convenient for visiting the city of York which has plenty of shops and attractions including the National Railway Museum, Norman Mister and York Castle.
