If it’s an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city that you are after then Ingram House is the right place for you.
We offer old fashioned, traditional comfort in our home. From here is easy access to The Cheviot Hills, Alnwick Castle and Gardens, Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island.
Whilst you are staying with us you will eat in our large kitchen/dining room. We will cook you delicious breakfasts using locally sourced ingredients, from the garden when possible.
We also offer dinner to those who want it as we have found many of our guests are either walkers (the nearest pub is four miles away) or just want to relax here after a good day out visiting all the castles, beaches, battle sites and hill forts that are so near.
We thoroughly enjoy welcoming guests to our home, indeed some have become friends as they return year after year. We hope you will enjoy all that Ingram House, the national park and the surrounding area has to offer.
We welcome walkers and cyclists. There is plenty of drying space for wet outer garments and boots and locked storage for bicycles.
