England Shelve Farmhouse is luxury self catering accommodation that is perfect for short breaks in beautiful surrounding countryside of Wentnor, Bishops Castle, possibly the most tranquil and attractive part of South Shropshire.
Our beautiful holiday cottage has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people.
The back porch has space for coats, boots and additional log store and Wi-fi is available throughout the property. The farmhouse is accessed by its own drive and there is ample parking for at least 4 cars.
The town of Bishop’s Castle is ten minutes away, with a good delicatessen, a butcher and two small supermarkets. There are several interesting cafes, pub and more than one microbrewery, brewing very popular local beers.
About half an hour away are both the gastronomic centre of Ludlow with its market and castle and the fascinating Coalbrookdale museums at Ironbridge.
The county town of Shrewsbury, with all modern facilities including theatre, multiplex cinema and many restaurants, is 20 minutes drive.
