Bracken House, formerly a Victorian Rectory now offers 5 star luxury bed and breakfast accommodation in its four beautiful and traditionally styled en suite bedrooms, situated on the edge of the popular North Devon village of Bratton Fleming, Barnstaple.
Each of our stunning guest rooms have picturesque views over the gardens and surrounding idyllic countryside and some down to the sea at Hartland Point.
The drawing room, with its roaring open fire, is available for guests to relax in and also has lovely views over the garden and towards Hartland through the large bay window and the dining room/breakfast room has a wood burner which is lit in those cooler mornings.

There is so much to see around here from discovering the long stretches of beaches from Woolacombe down to Croyde for sunbathing, surfing and kite surfing in some areas, walking along the coastal paths and across Exmoor, wonderful gardens at Marwood, Castle Hill, the fantastic RHS garden at Rosemoor near Torrington and exploring all the pretty coastal villages and towns.
