Eype's Mouth Country Hotel, Eype, Bridport, Dorset
Eype's Mouth Country Hotel is a beautiful family run 17 bedroom hotel situated in the small, charming Dorset village of Eype, near Bridport.
Our hotel’s unique position on the Heritage Coastline means our accommodation boasts superb sea views and is only just a few minutes walk to the beach providing the perfect location from which to walk along the picturesque south west coastal path.
The Smugglers Bar is a fine old world cellar bar which is only open during the summer months and is ideal if you are visiting the area just for the day or staying locally and are looking for a drink or meal.
There is just so much to see and do in this beautiful part of Dorset and surrounding area. Places of interest and natural beauty stretch along the Jurassic Coast and inland amongst the truly picturesque countryside.

Parking is not a problem here either as we have 50 free onsite parking spaces available.

Dorset provides the backdrop for the fictional, picturesque, coastal town of Broadchurch. The walk to West Bay from Eype is a relatively easy 25 minute walk, a distance of less than a mile, passing the house filmed as the home of the prosecuting barrister played by Charlotte Rampling but the filming did not all happen in West Bay…the actual murder in series one was filmed at the cliff edge chalet here in Eype!
