The Garrack Hotel and Restaurant is ideally situated high above St Ives in nestled amongst well tended private gardens, within easy reach of the town and its beaches, but yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
The Hotel is friendly, elegant and cosy, with log fires in the two lounges and when the weather permits, guests can enjoy far reaching sea views across the idyllic Cornish Coast.
Our elevated position above the town means you can see St Ives Bay or the Atlantic Ocean from almost every window and the Hotel features a newly refurbished, heated indoor pool, with sauna, lounge and adjacent café bar area, which are also open to non residents.
Within the pool complex there is a bar, which is open whenever the pool is open. It serves hot and cold drinks, snacks, breakfasts and light lunches. There is a decked terrace area accessed by large sliding doors, and covered by a canopy which enables customers to relax here later into the evenings and throughout the year.
The Garrack is a dog friendly hotel and owners are welcome to exercise their dogs on leads in the Hotel grounds. The South West Coast path is within a stone’s throw of the Hotel grounds and is ideal for dog walking.
There are many things you can do while staying in St Ives, whether you stay near to the Hotel, or explore further afield. More active options include walking the coast path, snorkelling, surfing, horse-riding, golf, coasteering, ocean sports, and boat. You can explore the many local National Trust and other local gardens and stately homes, notably St Michael’s Mount and the Minack Theatre.
