Gwengraig Farm is a working farm that also provides self catering accommodation within the 16th Century farmhouse.
The house retains many original features and it is set in an elevated position just 5 miles from the town of Dolgellau, Gwynedd.
This self catering house provides a well equipped central base from which to explore the surrounding mountains and coastlines.
All guests are welcome to take advantage of the fishing opportunities on the farm at no charge, both streams and the 1 acre lake here at Gwengraig. The fishing season is from 15th March to 6th of October and the fish are native brown trout and grow up to 3lbs.
The area surrounding the self catering farmhouse is filled with areas to walk, cycle and horse ride. Alternatively there are many attractions local to the property including Talyllyn Railway, Clogau Goldmines, Coed y Brenin Mountain Biking Centre and Llanfiar Slate Caverns.
