Creigard Holidays offer two, beautiful self catering accommodations both situated in an idyllic location on the remote North West of Sutherland in Badnaban, near Lochinver.
Our Bungalow and Cottage are only five minutes stroll from the seashore and situated up a private road in a quiet location against a backdrop of gentle, heather-clad hills, a small reed-edged lochan and has an open and expansive view over the waters of Lochinver Bay and the Minch.
Two miles away is the attractive village of Lochinver - the 'capital' of Assynt. Here is everything you need - the nearest grocery store, butcher, green-grocer, hotels, restaurants, post office, doctor, tourist office and craft shops.
It is an ideal centre for exploring Sutherland - the rugged coast and hills to Cape Wrath, a day trip to the nature reserve of Handa Island with nesting birds, a scenic drive to Achiltibuie with its Smokehouse selling tempting local delicacies, and a Hydroponicum with exotic plants, the golf courses at Dornoch, Golspie, Ullapool and Durness, and the famous Caithness village of John O'Groats - the choice is endless.
