Tigh na Boireach is a wonderfully unique property that is in the style of a Scottish Blackhouse.
The cottage provides self catering accommodation in a secluded setting overlooking Clachan Sands about 15 minutes from North Uist, Inverness-shire. This is the perfect hideaway for a couple.
Outside there is a spacious garden where you can pick fresh herbs from the herb boat and even dig for your own potatoes.

There are many sites on North Uist that give us an insight into the history of this land such as Barpa Langass, Pobull fhinn Stone Circle, Hut of Shadows and Giant Macaskill Monument.
