The charming Inn is possibly the oldest inn in the UK, dating back to 825 AD. The Cridford Inn has 4 rooms, all beautifully decorated and individually designed each with their own unique style.

Our superb restaurant serves an extensive meu. With its low ceilings, a floor with a mural dating back to 1081AD and many other historical and interesting features, the restaurant will prove to be a memorable dining experience. We source as many ingredients locally as possible. We also serve a superb Sunday roast and have over 100 gins, our own label beer and an extensive wine list.

There is plenty to do in easy reach of the Cridford Inn. We are approximately 15 minutes from Dartmoor and approximately half an hour from where the making of War horse took place.
