Roraima House in Staithes near Cleveland, offers wonderful guest house accommodation in a beautiful Victorian house. Our guest house in North Yorkshire is the ideal place to escape to from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Our lovely guest house was built in the 1890s by the sea captain John Trattles and named after his steamship the SS Roraima. We are situated over three floors and offer tastefully furnished rooms.

We offer a choice locally bacon and sausages accompanied by mushrooms, tomatoes, hash brown, free range eggs and baked beans. Cereals, fruit juice, fruit, yogurt and freshly baked bread are available for you to help yourself.

Staithes is a great base for visiting the coastline and the North York Moors National Park. The Staithes Heritage Centre is a must and there are lots of great walks on the Cleveland Way. There are plenty of other coastal villages/towns to visit. Runswick Bay, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Port Mulgrave, Saltburn and Scarborough are particularly worth visiting.
