Templars Hotel & Carvery provides comfortable hotel rooms and a relaxing place to eat and drink. The building dates back to the early 18th century and was originally built as a private house and malting. The hotel can be found easily, as it is situated in the centre of Baldock which is one of Hertfordshire’s oldest towns. In less than an hour’s drive minute drive you can reach Hitchin, Luton & Cambridge.

All of our hotel rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard. For those extra special occasions, not just for honeymooners, why not choose our luxury guest room complete with a four poster bed.

Our restaurant menu is available at lunchtime and evenings as well as all day on Saturday and Sunday. In addition our carvery is available Monday to Friday evenings from 5.30 pm to 9.00 pm and from 12.00 pm through to 8.30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

For business meetings, large or small, we can offer our spacious meeting room with a big screen. We are able to provide internet access, photocopying and fax facilities. Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival, for breaks and lunch.
