The Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast offers charming guest house accommodation located just a short drive from the Suffolk coast. Our lovely old farmhouse is set in 8 acres of grounds, halfway between Kelsale and Yoxford and is just a short drive away from Saxmundham.

Our twin room is a dual aspect ground floor room and has views overlooking the garden to the front and side of the property. The two single zip and link beds can be converted to a super king size bed on request. A cot or a ‘put you up bed’ can be added to the room if required for an additional charge. Facilities include TV, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer and tea & coffee making facilities.

We serve a delicious full English & continental breakfast and we cater for those with special dietary requirements.

The B&B is the perfect base to explore Suffolk and its coast. Local towns include Aldeburgh, Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich, Snape, Yoxford, Woodbridge and Saxmundham.
