Rosedale Holiday Cottages are in a peaceful and secluded setting on 1 acre of land in Port Mulgrave. Our cottages are only 10 miles from Saltburn By The Sea in North Yorkshire. The self catering cottages are an ideal base to discover and explore the Yorkshire Heritage Coast, moors, villages and towns.

Our cottages are converted from the Old Stable block, outbuildings and servant quarters. They are packed full of original features and come well equipped with modern facilities. 

The Coachman's Rest: This is a romantic self catering cottage that has a four poster bed and is well equipped with all high quality furnishings and fittings, including iPod docking station and wood burning stove.

The Old Stable: The Old Stable has a double and twin bedroom with cast iron beds. The bathroom has a shower over bath. Downstairs there's a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room with gas coal burner effect fire and an additional WC. A full size single stowaway bed can be provided for an additional child.

The Apple House: This ground floor property has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a multi fuel stove. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom and the bath comes with a shower over it, full sized basin and WC. A door from the living area leads out on to the enclosed back garden. The Apple House has a Freeview flat screen TV and DVD player and CD/radio with docking system for iPod/iPhone. A shaver point, iron and table top ironing board are available. The kitchen includes an electric oven and separate hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. It has a standard fridge with freezer compartment and slimline dishwasher.

Palmer's: This holiday cottage is on the ground floor and it has two sitting rooms and four bedrooms. Palmers is set in 1/2 an acre. There is a secure garden to the side of the property - BBQ, garden chairs and sun loungers provided.
