The Littlecourt is a delightful complex of five luxury holiday cottages, offering self-catering accommodation all year. The cottages form part of a historic Regency house built in 1798 for the Duke and Duchess of St. Albans. 

Littlecourt is situated a few minutes’ walk from the sea front and town centre. Sidmouth in East Devon is situated on the Jurassic Coast and is one of Britain’s most beautiful holiday spots and is recognised as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The South West Coastal Path is also on your doorstep, offering many different types of walks for you to enjoy during your stay.

The cottages have been tastefully refurbished to reflect the period of the building and are set within meticulously maintained tranquil gardens which have won numerous awards and have also appeared on BBC television. 

The centrally heated cottages, which range in size from one to three bedrooms, are exceptionally spacious, furnished and decorated to a high standard. Each cottage has a comfortable living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge, electric oven, hob and microwave. They all have a Freeview digital TV, Video, DVD player, Music Centre and WiFi internet access.

For those of you wishing to pamper yourselves try our very popular Unisex Hair Salon which is situated within the complex. We have one parking space for each cottage. Open all year, Sidmouth’s mild climate makes the Littlecourt an ideal choice for summer holidays, winter and autumn breaks.
