The Stables and Tree Tops are a pair of charming self catering cottages located in between Milford on Sea and Everton not too far from the New Forest National Park in Hampshire. 

The Stables is a converted stable cottage in a quiet, idyllic setting and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, shower, bedroom with twin beds, lounge with wood burning stove and there is a pretty patio garden; perfect for relaxing.

Treetops is a first-floor apartment is situated in the grounds of Newlands Manor in a peaceful, rural setting. 

The dining area is light and sunny with ample storage. The sitting room has two comfortable Parker Knoll armchairs and day bed. A TV with a built-in DVD is also provided. This room has lovely views over the main garden.

The village of Milford on Sea with its traditional village green, shops, pubs and restaurants is only a mile away. The shingle beach has opportunities for swimming, sailing, windsurfing and fishing and has panoramic views of the coastline and Isle of Wight. The ancient market town of Lymington, with its picturesque harbour and marina, is only 3 miles away. The town still hosts a busy vibrant market on a Saturday and has an excellent selection of shops and restaurants. Pools and local amenities are all close by.
