Lowtrow Cross Caravan Camping Site is a quiet ADULTS ONLY caravan and camping site, dogs are welcome free of charge, it is set on 4 acres of land within the village of Upton which is close to Taunton, Somerset. We aim to keep everything as natural as possible while still offering the essential facilities that will ensure your visit with us is a pleasurable one.
We cater for caravans, motor homes, trailer tents and tents.
We have two, 4 berth well equipped static holiday caravans for hire.
The caravans make an excellent base for your visit and have everything you need to ensure your stay is a comfortable one, whether touring or just relaxing on-site.
The area which is teeming with wildlife is perfect for walking, fishing, cycling and riding. Lowtrow Cross makes an excellent base for visiting the many varied local attractions. These include Dunster with its medieval castle, Tarr Steps (one of the oldest clapper bridges in the country) Dunkery Beacon the highest point on Exmoor, Porlock, Minehead and The West Somerset Steam Railway. Blue Anchor Bay and the Wimbleball Lake Angling & Watersports Centre are also nearby.
