Tranquil Cottage With Countryside Views

Enjoying a tranquil position on the banks of the River Eden, Blandswath Self Catering Cottage is spacious, comfortably furnished and is maintained to a very high standard. Situated within 100 acres of the owner’s land, around which visitors are free to roam, it is fronted by a garden with slide and sandpit.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, sitting room with multi-fuel stove, dining room with electric fire in surround and well-equipped dining kitchen. The utility room has a toilet, wash hand basin, washer and tumble dryer.

There are four bedrooms on the first floor – two doubles and two singles. Bathroom with 3 piece suite, electric shower. Bed linen provided. Travel Cot (cot bedding not included) and high chair.

Outside there is a children’s slide and sandpit, garden seat & barbecue. Private parking is available.

One well-behaved pet is welcome at £30 per week extra.

We are an excellent base for walking the Eden Valley, the Pennine Hills and the beautiful Howgill Fells, it is also central for the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.

Free fishing for one on the nearby River Eden is available in season with riding and a golf course close by. The cottage can sleep up to 6 people plus a cot.
