Peaceful B&B in the Heart of Keswick!
Cranford House is a Victorian townhouse that still retains many of its original features. The house provides comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation just 5 minutes’ walk from Keswick town centre in Cumbria. The B&B is a great location for walkers, climbers and cyclists and those wanting to explore the Lake District.
There are 6 B&B rooms which all have tea/coffee making facilities and central heating. 4 of the bedrooms are en suite whilst the other two have shared bathroom facilities. In the morning breakfast is served in the light and airy breakfast room that also has a fire. All the rooms include a range of superb facilities: flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
There are a number of different breakfasts to choose from such as a full English or continental option.
The B&B is in one of the main centres for outdoor activities in the UK, there are so many options to choose from such as abseiling or canoeing on the lake. Keswick has two parks with beautiful floral displays and wide-open green spaces with space for both quiet relaxation and games. For those wishing to find out more about the rich cultural and industrial heritage of the area, there is the opportunity to visit museums and historic houses.
