This magnificent Victorian property is great for groups or families, offering lots of excellent facilities. The property is elegantly furnished and enjoys a modern style whilst still retaining its period charm.
This 3-story terrace property has a cosy lounge with comfy seating, satellite TV, DVDs and an open fire, offering a great space to unwind after a day in town. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which has a range of appliances: gas cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, glasses, crockery, cooking equipment and recipe books, plus a table and 4 chairs, breakfast bar and 2 stools.
Enjoy some delicious food in the dining room which has a beautiful oak table with eight chairs and a bottle fridge. A useful utility room comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a WC.
On the first floor, there is a king room, bunk room, twin room, bath/shower room and a separate toilet. The king and bunk room both have a TV, whilst the bunk room has a PlayStation 2 as well. The second floor has a twin room and king en suite room.
Outside there is a delightful garden with decking and a table and chairs for al fresco dining on a warm, summer evening. To the front of the property is a small flower garden.
The bustling fishing town of Filey is a lovely place to explore, offering something for everyone. Opposite there are tennis courts and a bowling garden, whilst just 100 yards away is a large park with a boating pool, swings and crazy golf. Only 7 miles away is Scarborough and the majestic North York Moors National Park is only 8 miles away.
