This wonderful property is powered by renewables and is ideal for a tranquil escape. The property sleeps up to 4 people and is finished to the highest standards, with underfloor heating throughout. The accommodation is great for those with a wheelchair or with other specific accessibility needs, offering bedrooms with large sliding doors and level access to the veranda from the living room. The kitchen also has clever functional features.
Inside there are two light-filled bedrooms, both with Egyptian cotton linen and goose-down duvets, plus private bathrooms. The main bedroom has HSL electric adjustable beds and a large wet room style shower, Geberit Aquaclean, two basins and a large bath with wall mounted TV. The second bedroom has a bath and a separate walk-in shower. A cot can also be provided.
The cosy living area includes comfy seating, a dining table, Bioethanol fire, Smart TV and DVD player and a Dyson Cool Smart Air Purifier. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: induction hob; full size fridge/freezer; dishwasher; 4-slice toaster, food processor and Nespresso machine.
Outside there is an enclosed garden and an unfenced pond. A warm water shower is also available on the veranda.
They are around 9 miles from the city of Exeter, home to the bustling high street, quay, cathedral and restaurants. The local area also has an abundance of glorious countryside to enjoy, great for walkers and cyclists.
