We have 7 wonderful cottages to choose from. The cottages were originally built as a farmstead in the 1800s and now offer modern accommodation for a cosy getaway in a scenic location.
All of our cottages are spacious and still maintain much of their original character and charm. Each cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with a range of appliances, relaxing living area with comfy seating and a TV/DVD player, beautiful bedrooms and modern bathrooms. All guests have use of the shared garden, BBQ and outdoor seating, great for a glass of wine in the evening sun. A cot and highchair are available on request.
Saddleback Barn:
Our luxury barn sleeps 7 in a super king en suite (zip link beds), 1 king en suite and 1 room with a super king (zip and link beds) and 1 single with en suite facilities.
Stable Barn:
We offer charming accommodation in this barn conversion that sleeps 5 in 1 king en suite and 1 room with a double and single bed.
Bannerdale:
Our luxury ground-floor apartment sleeps 4 in 2 super king ( zip and link) en suite rooms and is suitable for wheelchairs with one of the bedrooms having a large en suite wet room.
Grisdale View:
We offer outstanding accommodation in this cottage that sleeps 4 in 1 double 1 twin.
Howe Top:
Our cosy cottage sleeps 4 in 1 double and 2 single beds.
Howe End:
We offer delightful accommodation in this cottage that sleeps 4 in 1 double and 2 singles.
Sharp Edge
Our fantastic first-floor apartment sleeps 2 in a super king (zip and link) en suite room.
Onsite we also have 5 non-electric grass campervan pitches.
We are a haven for nature lovers, with lots of scenic walking routes in the area, including the ones at Buttermere Lake, Walla Crags and Castlerigg Fell and Bowscale Tarn. The whole family will love visiting the Lake District Wildlife Park in Keswick or Kong Adventure in Keswick. Enjoy a great day out at Derwent Pencil Museum or The World of Beatrix Potter.
