Log Cabin Holiday!
Fairview Farm Log Cabins offers wonderful self-catering accommodation in Ravenshead. We are based in a rural countryside setting, perfect for an unforgettable holiday in Nottinghamshire.
We have 13 log cabins, lodges and chalets to choose from, nestled in 88 acres of countryside. We are great for families or couples. The site offers superb views and all the properties have fire pits. Bedding is provided, apart from for additional sofa beds.
Onsite we have a range of facilities, including a free ‘pamper a pony’ and ‘walk the pygmy goats’ session. We also have a games room, children's play area and sand pit, large fields and a farm nature trail.
Lionheart Lodge – Sleeps 10
Our large lodge sleeps 10 in 3 bedrooms and includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining table, living area and 2 bathrooms. Outside there is a seating and BBQ area.
The Sherwood
This large log cabin sleeps 2 adults and 2 children in 1 double and an optional camp bed. There is a fully-equipped open kitchen and dining area, plus a separate shower room. Outside there is decking with a table and chairs.
King Richard’s Lodge
Our lodge sleeps 6/7 people in 3 bedrooms, plus a small sofa bed in the living room. There is a large kitchen, dining and living area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and outside there is a dining table and seating.
Robins’s Den
This 2 bedroom cabin sleeps 3 people and has a separate shower. The open kitchen and living area will suit your needs. Outside there is an enclosed garden and BBQ area.
Upside Down House
Our house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed. The is a fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower room upstairs. Outside there is a terrace area with a table and chairs.
Locksley
This 2 bedroom chalet sleeps 2 in a double and a further 2 children in a small twin room. There is a separate bathroom and open plan dining and living area. Outside there is a decking area with a table and chairs.
Will Scarlett
Our 2-bedroom cabin sleeps 4 in a double and a small twin room for children. There bathroom has a shower and there is a kitchen and a large living area. Outside there is a terrace with outdoor seating.
Little John’s Petite Cosy Cabin
This cabin sleeps 2 people in a double bed. There is an en suite bathroom, kitchenette and a flat screen TV. Outside there is a dining area.
Maid Marian
Our large cabin sleeps 5 in 2 doubles and 1 twin, plus a sofa bed. There is a large living area and a dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a walk-in shower. Outside there is a table and chairs.
Sheriff’s Den
Our property sleeps 2 in a double and there is a bathroom with a shower. There is a kitchen, dining and living area. Outside there is a table and chairs.
Friary Tuck
Our new log cabin sleeps 5 in 1 double and 1 twin, plus a sofa bed. There is an open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, plus a dining table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Outside there is a table and chairs.
The Hideaway
This property sleeps 2/3 in a double and a small double sofa bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and open-plan living and dining area. Outside there is a private enclosed garden and gated courtyard.
Poppy Lodge
Our 3 bedroom lodge sleeps 7 and one of the doubles has French doors that open to a balcony. There are two bathrooms and the open-plan lounge has a sofa bed. The kitchen and dining area is well-equipped. There is a large balcony with seating.
We are ideal for enjoying lots of countryside walking and cycling routes in the area. Visit Robin Hoods Wheelgate Park or visit historic Newstead Abbey. You can head to one of the nearby towns or villages.
