Despite its peaceful setting, it's conveniently situated only 300 metres from the coast road, away from any passing traffic.
Ground Floor:
Guests can experience the spaciousness and convenience of the open-plan ground floor, complete with a cloakroom and utility area. The cloakroom comprises a wash hand basin and toilet, while the utility room is equipped with a separate washing machine, tumble dryer, and cleaning supplies. In the lounge, comfortable large leather sofas and footstools are centred around a wood-burning stove, accompanied by a Smart TV with fast broadband, a DVD player, and a DAB radio system for entertainment. The dining area, seating six plus a Stokke child’s chair, offers garden views, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker with a ceramic hob, double oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, and microwave.
First Floor:
Ascending to the first floor reveals three tastefully furnished bedrooms, complemented by an en-suite and a family bathroom. The main bedroom boasts a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, along with delightful south-facing countryside views and a DAB clock radio. The twin room is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, with space for a travel cot if needed. The bunk bedroom features two 3’ bunk beds and a chest of drawers. A spacious airing cupboard on the landing is ideal for drying clothes overnight, and linen and bath towels are provided for convenience.
