Cotswold Charm Holiday Cottages is an exclusive collection of owner-managed 4-star (AA) self-catering holiday cottages located in Chipping Campden. This selection of charming character cottages and apartments accommodates groups ranging from 2 to 8 guests, and with the properties situated within 400-500 yards of each other, the cottages can collectively accommodate up to 22 people, making them ideal for families or larger groups.
Over The Arches
Accessible from the patio and parking area, Over The Arches features a spacious ground-floor lounge that doubles as a reception area and bedroom, complete with an en suite shower room, a large TV with Netflix and Prime, and two luxury sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. The upstairs area includes an "L" shaped kitchen/diner/lounge with a breakfast bar and all essential amenities. The two double bedrooms are accessible from a landing, with the master bedroom slightly elevated and featuring a separate dressing room and luxurious shower room. A sunny patio area is available for outdoor breakfasts, and parking is provided for one car on-site.
Meadow Cottage
Meadow Cottage offers a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge area, tastefully furnished with large picture windows that frame views of the open countryside to the south. The cottage retains original roof timbers and includes a log burner for added ambience. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, his and hers fitted wardrobes, and an adjacent bathroom, with extensive views of the garden and rolling countryside visible through the front glass facade. Several patio areas provide ideal spots for enjoying breakfast or a drink in the sunshine. WiFi is available throughout the cottage.
George Barn
George Barn provides a flexible lounge/kitchen/diner that accommodates up to 8 guests, including those using wheelchairs. The space is furnished with electric armchairs, sofas, and carver chairs, along with a 50-inch Smart TV offering Sky programs, BT Sport, Catch Up, and Recordings, all supported by high-speed WiFi. Under-floor heating and easy-clean Karndean flooring add to the comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Upstairs, there are three en suite double bedrooms, with the Back Bedroom featuring a charming Cotswold stone wall and views of the Catholic Church and Chipping Campden. Outdoor amenities include wheelchair-accessible seating and gardens, and there are safe play areas for children. Parking is available on-site and in a private drive opposite the yard entrance, with garage space for cycle storage.
The Old Granary
The Old Granary is an inverted cottage with charming stone steps and railings, featuring a ground-floor double bedroom with an en suite wet room and a first-floor open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an additional double sofa bed. Recently refurbished, it provides a cosy yet light and airy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic retreat or a peaceful getaway. The cottage can be accessed via traditional stone steps with views of the tree-lined lane or internally via a stairway from the ground floor bedroom.
Stable Cottage
Stable Cottage features a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and essential kitchen gadgets. A utility room with a washer/dryer and a ground-floor toilet is adjacent to the kitchen. The second bedroom offers a cosy atmosphere with a double bed and a newly equipped en suite shower/wet room featuring original stonework and beams. Guests can enjoy views of Dovers Hill from the dressing room window. Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage, and pets are not allowed except for guide dogs. George Barn is located nearby for larger groups.
Tally Ho
Tally Ho is a charming first-floor self-contained apartment, ideal for two guests seeking a cosy retreat. It features a bedroom with an antique Louis XV double bed and picturesque rural views. The apartment includes a well-equipped galley kitchen, a spacious shower room, and access to separate laundry facilities. The lounge has a single sofa bed available for an additional charge, and outside, a secluded garden provides a peaceful spot to relax. Private parking is provided.
Tally Ho View
Tally Ho View is accessed via a staircase leading to a balcony with a private entrance. The balcony is furnished with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the sunset. Inside, the open-plan lounge features a reclining sofa, coffee tables, TV, and WiFi, along with a well-equipped galley kitchen.
