Our eight luxurious self-catering accommodations are set in a stunningly scenic location, each offering a unique blend of comfort and style, with properties achieving either a 4 or 5-star rating.

These award-winning cottages are beautifully appointed, featuring cozy living areas, well-equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, and elegantly furnished bedrooms. Each cottage boasts a fully enclosed garden, perfect for al fresco dining in the sunshine. Additional amenities at the cottages include a star-gazing observatory, telescopes, a family-size canoe, a bird-watching hide, and large mobile barbecues, enhancing the outdoor experience for all guests.

Here’s a closer look at our diverse range of properties: The Ducket is an 18th Century tower that provides a romantic retreat for two with a king-sized bed. Oystershell is a spacious end-of-terrace cottage that accommodates six people across a king en-suite, and two twin rooms, one of which is en-suite. Shepherds Cottage, similar in layout to Oystershell, this end-of-terrace cottage also sleeps six. Curlew Cottage is a terraced cottage that sleeps four, featuring a double en-suite and a twin room. Dovecote, Hedgehope, Kittiwake, and Eiderduck Cottages each of these terraced cottages comfortably sleeps four people in a king en-suite and a twin room. Puffin Cottage is ideal for couples, this terraced cottage features a spacious king room.

Located on the National Cycle Route 1 (Coast and Castles) and along the northerly coastal stretch of St Oswald’s Way, the cottages offer easy access to walking and cycling paths that traverse the beautiful Northumbrian countryside. The historic towns of Berwick upon Tweed and Alnwick are each just 15 miles away, providing ample opportunities for exploration and discovery.
