The Kings Arms, Malmesbury, Wiltshire

The Kings Arms is a charmingly refurbished coaching inn situated in the historic Cotswolds town of Malmesbury, a mere two-minute walk from the iconic Malmesbury Abbey. This elegant establishment offers a Mediterranean-inspired tapas menu in its restaurant, making it an ideal spot for sharing a meal with friends or family.

Following an extensive renovation, the hotel now boasts 15 stylish rooms available on a room-only basis. Each room is equipped with a bespoke work desk, a Nespresso coffee machine, and an en-suite shower room. Prices for these rooms vary depending on their size, view, and their location within the building.

The Kings Arms does not impose minimum stay requirements, welcoming both group bookings and individual guests alike. Parking is available at the rear of the hotel, accessed through a very narrow archway. With 15 bedrooms but only 10 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis, parking cannot be reserved in advance.

Guests can also enjoy a selection of beers, wines, and other drinks at the fully renovated local bar or unwind in the outdoor beer garden. The hotel regularly hosts live music events, providing a perfect backdrop to enjoy the signature tapas and a drink from the bar. The Kings Arms offers a blend of traditional charm and modern convenience, making it a standout destination in the Cotswolds.
