The park offers a variety of holiday homes, ranging from lodges and bungalows to caravans and apartments. The Casita, Casamigo and Casafina Lodges are the flagship accommodation, designed exclusively for Welcome Family in a Spanish style. Sleeping up to six people across three bedrooms, they feature cosy living spaces with LCD TVs, fully equipped kitchens and private verandas for added comfort.
The bungalows provide a more affordable option while maintaining the same style and standards of the lodges. Sleeping between four and seven guests, they offer two or three bedrooms, open plan lounges and patio areas for outdoor dining. For those preferring caravans, the park has a wide range of premium and classic options, sleeping between four and eight people. All caravans include a lounge, dining area, shower and TV. Spacious apartments are also available, sleeping up to five people with one double and one triple bedroom, a bathroom, open plan lounge/diner and a modern kitchen.

The Starlight Club hosts a programme of live shows suitable for all ages, while the pool complex includes a sports pool, fun pool, toddler pool and bubble pool. Families can also make the most of The Diner, serving freshly prepared meals, as well as a range of additional activities including a kids zone, fun park, arcade games and crazy golf. Practical facilities such as shops and a launderette are also available for guests’ convenience.
Beyond the holiday park, Dawlish Warren and the wider South Devon area offer a wealth of attractions. Families can visit Pennywell Farm to meet the animals, enjoy a river trip on the Dart, or explore the model village at Babbacombe. Paignton Zoo is another highlight, with its wide range of animals and engaging exhibits.
