Clover Leaf Cottage, rated 5 star, is particularly special to the owners. Created from the former milk dairy and calf rearing house, it retains echoes of its agricultural past while offering modern comfort and style. This single storey cottage sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, making it ideal for couples travelling together or a small family. The double bedroom has a feature bath set in timber with soft, delicate lighting and a sumptuous king size bed, creating a peaceful sanctuary at the end of the day. The second bedroom has 3-foot twin beds which can be zipped together to form a super king size bed if required, offering flexibility in sleeping arrangements. This room, with its curious cartwheel window, also has an en suite shower room. Throughout the cottage, the Indian stone flooring, oak and pine beams and reclaimed timber from the old farm buildings combine to create a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The spacious living area includes a contemporary fire and a well laid out kitchen, with the finished woodwork giving the whole cottage a warm and cosy feel.

Ruby’s Retreat is another 5 star property and offers luxurious, two-storey accommodation for up to six people. It is well suited to families or groups of friends who appreciate stylish surroundings and generous space. The large open plan living and kitchen area is a particular highlight, with a solid oak dining table cleverly wrapped around one of the walls and under the feature staircase. This creates an intimate and distinctive space for shared meals and celebrations. All of the bedrooms in Ruby’s Retreat feature king size beds, and each has its own unique feature, ensuring that every guest feels a little bit spoiled. One room, for example, includes an under-lit metal canopy bed set on a raised wooden plinth, with floor to ceiling glass windows in an oak frame, a double-ended bath and a huge picture window. This skilful combination of rustic elements and contemporary design makes Ruby’s Retreat a memorable place to stay.

Peach’s Place is a 4 star cottage located at the very end of the yard, enjoying views across the surrounding fields. This attractive property has two bedrooms, a hall and an open plan kitchen living room, giving it a bright and welcoming feel. Outside, guests at Peach’s Place have use of their own private garden and patio area, where relaxing lavender bushes surround a hammock and a raised timber platform that houses the garden furniture. It is an inviting space to enjoy long, lazy afternoons or a quiet evening drink.

Ethel’s Escape is a 5 star rustic cottage designed with larger gatherings in mind, sleeping up to six people in three lavish bedrooms. On entering, guests are immediately struck by the impressive kitchen and dining space. A long wooden dining table seats twelve people, making it an ideal venue for celebratory meals or extended family gatherings. The pine kitchen, complete with range cooker, is full of charm, enhanced by an unusual lighting scheme and a striking open tread wooden staircase that leads to the upper floor. Each bedroom is beautifully styled, but the standout is arguably the ground floor bedroom, with its distinctive saloon-style swing doors. Another bedroom features a chunky four poster bed with a double bath positioned at its foot, adding to the sense of indulgence. A twin and double en suite room complete the accommodation, ensuring comfort for all guests.
