The main house features three guest bedrooms. One double room benefits from its own en suite with a shower, toilet and washbasin. A second double room shares a spacious bathroom with the twin room along the hallway, offering a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The third room can be arranged with either one single bed or two single beds, making it suitable for individuals, friends or families.
All rooms include a comfortable seating area with a television that offers Freeview Satellite channels, plus free Wi Fi for guests. Additional conveniences such as a radio, hairdryer and hot drink facilities are provided in every room. Outside, guests can enjoy the heated garden swimming pool during the summer months, adding an extra element of leisure to their stay.
Breakfast is served daily in the oak beamed Sun Room, which overlooks the attractive gardens. A wide choice is available, including fresh fruit, juices, cereals, yoghurts, locally sourced free range cooked items, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, kedgeree and freshly baked bread or toast from the local bakery, along with tea and coffee. Vegetarian and continental breakfasts can be arranged on request.
Guests are welcome to relax in the well kept gardens, surrounded by woodland and open countryside. The environment is family friendly, with both the garden pond and swimming pool safely fenced. The resident dog, Lulu, is a popular figure with visitors and enjoys attention from guests.
Cycling is a popular activity in this part of Kent, with bike hire available at nearby Bewl Water and Bedgebury Forest, which is also home to the Go Ape adventure centre. Many visitors comment on the variety of cycle routes and trails accessible from the B&B, making it an excellent choice for outdoor enthusiasts.
