Four self catering cottages converted from brick barns and incorporating original oak beams are set in the grounds of Tynllwyn Farm.
These cottages have been renovated and furnished to a
high standard. All four have panoramic views of the Severn Valley and Long
Mountain and have been awarded Four Stars by the Wales Tourist Board.
Welshpool has many local attractions to offer including
Powys castle, Llanfair Caereinion narrow gauge Railway, also close by offa's
dyke national trail also glyndwr's way.
The town hosts many fesivals starting in May Spring bank
holiday with Welshpool Carnival. June/July sees the Cambrian Transport festival
and the country and western festival.
August sees the Agricultural show just a short trip away
in Llanfair Caereinion. Other events locally include Powis woodfair in
