The Odd House is a family owned freehouse and restaurant serving high quality, freshly prepared food at a reasonable price and offering a selection of real ales, wines and spirits, in a relaxed friendly environment.

Situated mid-way between Coalville and Ashby-De-La-Zouch, the Inn is located in the heart of the National Forest. Originally a 17th century coaching inn, the building has maintained several character features including timber beams and an open fire in the lounge bar, all of which enhance the warm and friendly atmosphere.
We now have a camp field with a small fishing lake with 12 electric hook ups shower facilities and spaces for tents and non hook up spaces with some hard standings. The price for camping is £10 per night and £5.00 for electric the road runs all around the campsite making it easier for those raining days.

The function room is available for conferences, small meetings private parties and weddings it has its own private garden with an outdoor pool table, water feature and candle light tables just lovely on a nice summer evening, the function also has a skittle alley for hire, the function room seats a maximum of 60 and the restaurant a further 80 for the larger events the 2 rooms can be combined.
