farmed with sheep and cattle thus creating an idyllic countryside retreat.
It’s located on the north side and doorstep of
Dartmoor and is situated 14 miles from the Cornish border, but with easy and
close access to both the A30 and M5.

resorts such as Bude, Newquay, Torbay, and Ilfracombe are also within an hours
drive. As are many National Trust properties including Rosemoor Gardens,
Lydford Gorge and Buckland Abbey. Those who want more energetic activities can
enjoy the open space and sense of freedom, they can also enjoy pony trekking,
golf and sailing which are all close by, not forgetting Hiking on Dartmoor with
its abundant wildlife and scenery. There is so much to do and see for all ages,
