the lush open countryside of the Peak District and is suited to energetic and
less energetic walkers alike; walks can be done from the cottage with no need
for a car.
If walking in Derbyshire or the Peak District is not for you then Rowan
Cottage is also a lovely base for a restful holiday or short break.
Eyam village also has a general shop and newsagents, a popular pub and
bakery in addition to other shops within a few hundred yards of the property.
