The Old Coach House, Hooke, Beaminster, Dorset
The Old Coach House is a typical Dorset cottage, built of stone which
makes it cool in the summer and cosy in the colder months.
Traditional features such as the living room wood burner sit side by
side with modern additions, like oil-fired central heating, the LCD television,
wireless broadband connection and the contemporary, well-equipped kitchen and
two bathrooms.
The Old Coach House is situated on a pleasant triangular green, close to
Bridge Farm, with good access to the roads out of the Village in all
directions, and has private parking for three cars.
Its southern border is the famous Jurassic coast, a World Heritage Site
and a paradise for fossil hunters of all ages and experience levels and a
wonderful place to take advantage of the region's temperate climate for a spot
of sunbathing.
