Balciuin is a modern property that has wonderful views of the Abernethy Forest and Cairngorms on the east side of Nethy Bridge.
The house provides bed and breakfast accommodation just 12miles from Aviemore in Inverness-shire. We welcome cyclists and walkers and we have washing and storage facilities for your bikes.
In the morning we serve a wide range of breakfast options such as fruit, cereal, yoghurt and a cooked breakfast using locally sourced produce. We can also provide a packed lunch if pre booked. If you would like to go out to dinner there are 2 nearby hotels that provide dinner - we also give discounts to a couple hotels.
Guests can enjoy a massage at the B&B and we also give a 20% discount. We recommend you book in advance.
There are a long list of activities in the area surrounding the bed and breakfast such as bird watching, fishing, cycling, walking, golfing, clay pigeon shooting and dolphin watching. There is a beach just 45 minutes away where you can do a variety of water sports. There is also an adventure park just 10 miles away which has a range of rides and educational information.
