Waterside Barn has been converted from historic cart sheds on the Hindringham estate and is located between the villages of Binham and Great Walsingham, within easy reach of the coastal resorts of Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney and close to Fakenham and Holt.
The barn provides self catering accommodation for up to 6 people in three bedrooms and is the perfect retreat for those wishing to explore the North Norfolk coastal area.
Waterside Barn is a comfortable, contemporary barn conversion that has been finished to a high standard, with an open plan living/dining area which has a flat screen TV, DVD player, music system with i-pod dock and WiFi access is available. There is also a large dining table that can seat 8. The kitchen is well equipped with SMEG range cooker (electric/gas), microwave and dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge and freezer. The barn benefits from underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.
There are 3 bedrooms which include a master en suite, twin room and a double room. Set in about an acre of grounds, Waterside Barn has a wonderful garden with wildflower meadow, south-facing patio, seating overlooking a large wildlife pond and a fenced courtyard which is perfect for children to play outdoors.
Most of the accommodation is at ground floor level, making most of the property easy to access for those with limited mobility.
There is so much to see and do in this beautiful area of Norfolk. There are wonderful beaches, great places to walk and plenty of attractions suitable for all the family. Some of the attractions in the area include Holt Country Park, Dinosaur Adventure, Pensthorpe Wildlife Park and Holkham Hall.
