Suffolk Punch Cottage sleeps 4 + cot and is a purpose built holiday cottage offering single story accommodation. The cottage has its own walled south facing courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue facilities and has access to the large gardens surrounding the cottage.
The cottage has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with Freeview TV+DVD, Gas Central Heating and a gas fire. It has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedded room with en suite shower. Linen is provided and beds are made before your arrival. The cottage has use of a laundry room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
Owl Cottage at Ivy House Farm Cottages:
This all timber built property has its own garden and patio together with spacious accommodation over two floors.
The downstairs living area has been specifically designed for disabled access with large double bedroom and en suite with walk in shower. There is a large living room with gas fire and piano which overlooks the patio and garden together with a cloakroom/WC, pine fitted kitchen with dining area and utility room.
On the first floor is a further double bedroom with king sized bed and a triple bedded room with large bathroom/WC and shower cubicle. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and other facilities including a fridge freezer.
The private Garden has a large patio and seating area with furniture and parasol provided.
