The dining room offers friendly table service, and with its open fire in the colder months, you can enjoy the relaxed informal atmosphere. Alternatively you can eat in one of the two traditionally decorated bars also boasting lovely open log fires in the winter. Which ever you choose you are assured of lovingly prepared food and a great choice of well kept ales.
The pub is situated in superb countryside and as such has fantastic local short or long walks, the wealth of flora and fauna around us is outstanding. We can suggest walks ranging from a gentle stroll to a full hike of 5-10 miles, arriving back at our car park, after which you may wish to partake in our walkers lunch.
