Mount Batten House offers self catering accommodation superbly located in Mount Batten on the edge of the beautiful coastal town of Plymouth in Devon.
This waterfront, modern built, 2 double bedrooms, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. The house is split over 3 floors and has 3 bathrooms. The windows are double glazed and the house features central heating and a lounge room fire. The furniture and fittings are to a high standard. There is parking available for 2 cars, on the driveway, more available in an adjacent street.
First floor has guest's WC. Double bedroom with en suite and terraced patio area and seating, full water front views. First floor modern kitchen and lounge room/dining room, with balcony and full sea views.
Second floor has 2 double bedrooms, with a jack and jill bathroom. Master bedroom with en suite access, built in wardrobes and draws and water views. The house has a BBQ, DVD's and plenty of storage.
There is a 2 car driveway to the rear of the property.
Boats are available for 1 hour trips, for views of the Tamar River. Take a car/taxi to the Cremel ferry £1 and spend the day at Mount Edgecombe, National Trust home and gardens. If you’re feeling fit, you can walk to Cawsands and Kingsands 2 small fishing villages, about 3-4 miles from the ferry, alternatively take the ferry there from the Hoe. Fish and chips on the beach, or a cold beer or 2 are on offer.
Plenty of shopping is available inside Plymouth's city centre, with an aquarium minutes away from the Mt. Batten ferry. If you like surfing, try Wembury beach or Bantham.
